Polished Concrete

Polished concrete floors are no wax and no work floors.  Durable flooring that looks good and last shouldn’t require extra work.  Neither should it cost like specialty items such as marble. Concrete Solutions offers you durable, long-lasting shine for quality, affordable solutions to unnecessary business expense.

Service Overview

Who has time to clean the floor?  Who has time to hire staff to clean it?  Polished concrete is easy to maintain while keeping a clean, professional appearance. No matter what business traffic does to this flooring, it can take it.  Quality shine remains despite all the normal wear and tear customers and workers inflict on the flooring. Regular tile flooring requires maintenance heavy scrubbing,  waxing, and pampering. This flooring will even resist tire marks and scuffs, and there is no need to wax or polish again. It is a one time solution to high traffic problems.  It is a one time solution to maintenance problems. It is a one time solution that you won’t have to rethink or replace. Unlike other floor coverings, it won’t chip, flake, or dull with time.  IIt does not have to be ‘fixed’ because it doesn’t become ‘broken’ with use. These floors can endure heavy traffic, as your business grows. No purchase of costly products to maintain the shine is required.  This saves hundreds of dollars in a very short time, causing the polished finish to pay for itself. Concrete Solutions guarantees that your polished floors will be worth the investment.

It is a great look for any business or home. It can be used in a variety of ways, is cost-efficient, and is an option that will enhance any area. If you are considering polished concrete, we here at Concrete Solutions have over 12 years of experience to give your business the quality, stone-like look that you desired. Here are some reasons why polished concrete might be the finish for your building:

Our Process
Step One
We first cut your concrete flooring with a variety of diamond abrasives according to your flooring needs.
Step Two
Next, whether wet or dry, your flooring can be polished, so we begin polishing your existing flooring.
Step Three
A densifier can be applied once the concrete is opened up and in a condition to readily accept the chemical. The step at which the densifier is applied is determined by hydration of the slab. There are many types of densifiers including, sodium, potassium, lithium, magnesium fluorosilicate and colloidal. We use the best chemical materials for your concrete according to its type and density.
Step Four
Drying. As key as any other step in the process of Polished Finishing, we allow the necessary time for your new finish to dry and cure.
Step Five
After your new flooring has cured, we use appropriate tools to refine the flooring to the desired level of shine.
Saves You Money
